[ Mid July 2025] We arrived at 2 am and we were assigned to a room with a mini fridge but with a broken central AC, it was very hot outside and we were sweating inside the room, we asked for another room and we got another Turns out the central AC is also broken, we found a living cockroach that we had to kill, and no mini fridge, it was too late and we were too tired to ask for another room. Breakfast is very basic and the "juice" is bad, when we said that the AC had issues we were just hit with the "but it works" Thankfully we had to stay only for the night.

I have never been in a horror movie like this. Imagine heading to the hotel restaurant, hoping for a decent breakfast, only to find the staff treating the buffet like their personal feast. They’ve taken all the best food,They’ve piled their plates high. As you sit down, barely halfway through your meal, they start hovering, exchanging impatient glances and checking their watches, eager for everyone to clear out so they can wrap up and leave. They practically herd you toward the door, making it clear your presence is nothing but an inconvenience, as if hospitality is the last thing on their minds. Now picture the hotel pool, a sight more tragic than refreshing. The water is murky, with a faint green tint that makes you question if it’s ever been cleaned. Loose leaves and the occasional bug float along the surface, giving the impression that maintenance is a long-forgotten concept. The pool chairs are faded and cracked, with ancient towels draped over them that look like they’ve weathered one too many seasons. The atmosphere is stifling, with barely any shade, and a broken fountain gurgling pathetically in the corner, more eyesore than ambiance. Any hope of a relaxing swim fades fast—this pool seems more suited for nightmares than a vacation. The only thing that seems nice is the cat outside.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Jarjis, and my experience was nothing short of a disaster. The air conditioning in most of the rooms was non-functional, leaving us to suffer through unbearable heat. The pool was filthy, with murky water that clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time, making it unusable. As for the restaurant, it was highly disappointing, with food quality so poor that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Overall, this hotel fell far below even the most basic expectations, and I strongly advise against staying here.
