Hotel Club Saraceno

This was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. We arrived around midnight and were welcomed very kindly. The golf cart ride to our room was quick and well organized. The staff was friendly and helpful from the first moment. The atmosphere at the hotel was very relaxing and positive. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The pools were great – clean, big, and perfect for relaxing. There were many fun activities every day, but no pressure to join. The sea was amazing – very clear, warm, and no jellyfish at all. It really felt like swimming in a big natural pool. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The animation team was great and made the days more fun. Special mention goes to Roberto the animation leader, who made a lasting impression. He knows exactly how to interact with guests – never too much, never too little. He leads his team with ease and professionalism. Every activity was fun and well thought out. There was always something to do, but no pressure to join. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back again.

Really nice place, every smallest detail has been considered and taken care of. Food is good, we really liked that soft drinks and wine were already included in the halfboard price. We stayed in the newly renovated rooms.

We had a great stay and would especially like to highlight the amazing Mini Club animation team – Cosimo, Roberto and Kristel. They were incredibly kind, and our child especially loved the evening "Baby Dance" kids disco, which quickly became a daily highlight for all of us. The hotel itself is lovely: the rooms were very clean, the location near the beach is perfect, the food was good, and the staff very friendly.
