The staff is Fantastic and the lobby is the nicest one my wife and I have stayed in on all of our trips to Japan. The location is great (close to a beautiful garden and beach, and just 20 minute walk from the main shopping street). The bartenders are top notch and you need to make sure to make your way down and try the lead bartenders home made drinks ( southern window and beautiful window I was told they were called by a staff member). All in all we will definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Okinawa.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Accommodate my request on higher floor after I made the reservation. Room is very clean and jet shower is definitely a plus. Breakfast has variety options and very delicious. This is my 2nd time stay in this hotel and will definitely come back on my next visit in Naha. 4 star for location only because it’s over 10min walk to yui rail. Overall it is still great place to stay
The hotel is fairly well located and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are extremely small, which makes longer stays quite uncomfortable. The breakfast is good in terms of quality, but it really lacks variety. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay (one or two nights), but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer trip.
