Had a light lunch here in the Queen's Head bar with a few friends. All food served promptly and beautifully presented. Tasted delicious too. Very clean and comfortable setting. Pleasant service. An excellent venue for an informal gathering like this.

We only came to the bar area to meet some family but are planing on coming back for lunch soon as we have heard good things. The service was good and efficient. Would definitely come back as it has a local bar feel to it but is done up very nicely. I had a pint of Guinness while my friend had a glass of red. The prices reflected where we were, but as I said we would be back.

We stayed just one night and enjoyed a lovely comfortable room with a nice outlook. We enjoyed a pre dinner cocktail in the bar before a delightful meal in the restaurant will top notch service. Our only criticism was the disappointment of breakfast the next morning. We were expecting a lovely breakfast after our lovely meal the previous evening but we were disappointed. Very limited choice, unless you like eggs. If you don't order the full English you have to pay for extras. No cereal or additional toast available. I had scrambled eggs which were very sloppy on cheap white sliced bread toast, no garnish. My husband had eggs benedict ( being Australian this is a staple breakfast choice) but with hard eggs and cold hollandaise it was a let down. Wasn't asked if we wanted anything else, in fact the waitress ( receptionist doubling up as breakfast waitress) did not come to the table again. Only 2 tables occupied at the time. In conclusion we would stay again if back this way and have dinner there again but will not bother with breakfast.
