I am only visiting the wine bar (at the recommendation of wine maker friends) - but pleasant arcade, expert sommelier, friendly and efficient service in English, Russian, Romanian and Turkish. Delicious cold cuts plate to accompany the wine.
A hotel is very comfortable. Good location. Nice staff. A very good restaurant.
