Absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Collective Okinawa! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a special occasion to celebrate, and they went above and beyond—a beautiful birthday cake was already waiting in the room at check-in! (Make sure to request in advance—they’ll take care of everything.) The staff speak excellent English, which made communication smooth and stress-free. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and you really can’t beat the prime location—everything you need is just steps away. Considering the level of service and amenities, the price was more than reasonable. Without a doubt, 100% would return on our next trip to Okinawa! Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very helpful and lovely. I’d like to give my biggest thank you and kudos to the pool lifeguard on duty on 11 June (orange shorts). He walked around making sure the children had a float and was very observant. He went into the pool and gave my daughter a bottle of water and told her to stay hydrated. He also walked next to young children who were walking around the pool to make sure they were safe. I have gone to many hotels in Japan and I have to say this hotel has many genuine staff. Thank you for making our stay so memorable and safe.

We loved our stay at this hotel and 100% recommend! Perfect location right on Kokusai Dori street with easy access to all the restaurants and shops, as well as the monorail. Spacious and very modern room - very clean and loved the comfortable pyjamas provided.
