Hotel Colon Rambla

Good value for money. The hotel presents a very reasonable choice, it is a short walk from the city centre, away from crowds and hustle and bustle and yet close enough to all the amenities you might need. The hotel facilities are great, pool, gym, massage room and a bar. I haven’t tried the restaurant so I can’t comment on that.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Colon Rambla. Our spacious room had a balcony overlooking the pool and surrounding area. The room featured large windows, beautiful decor, excellent lighting, and a well-placed TV that could be adjusted. Special praise goes to the housekeeping and room maintenance – everything was spotless! The customer service was outstanding. The breakfast was of high quality and excellent. The hotel has a small gym, and the pool area was sheltered and pleasant, although there were no additional services available there. Nearby, you’ll find various services and a park. The hotel is just a short walk from the heart of the city, making it very convenient.

An interesting option to enjoy downtown Santa Cruz on a reasonable budget. Rooms are adequate in size and amenities. Clean and reasonably maintained although the hotel starts to show the need for renovation and I've been in rooms where ventilation could be better. Service is professional and friendly. Hotel location is excellent. Just leave and walk to enjoy downtown dinner. Hotel parking is often sold out, so make a reservation with front desk if you arrive by car. I have not tried the restaurant yet. Not even for breakfast. No review of that yet.
