Central location, very helpful staff. They helped us park right next to the hotel. The breakfast was a bit limited for a five-star hotel. We only stayed one night so didn't have time to try the wellness center. Overall, a comfortable stay.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but only stopped by for a Fredo cappuccino, which was delicious. Nice location on the walk, with a nice breeze.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price We are a couple who came to Shkodër to celebrate my wife's birthday. Unfortunately, the experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, no room was ready for us. The receptionist told us there was a "nice suite" available, but it turned out to be nothing more than a regular room, just slightly larger. The in-room safe was broken, and the jacuzzi didn't work because the electrical control unit was malfunctioning. To make matters worse, there was a loud event taking place on the same floor, right near our door, with many people and lots of noise. We were told a minister had arrived and the public was invited to celebrate with him — we didn’t understand what was happening, but we certainly couldn’t sleep. We were promised parking in front of the hotel, but were later told we had to pay for external parking. We paid, but it was difficult for us to carry our luggage. Only after insisting did they find us a spot in the back of the hotel. The reception didn’t answer the phone, and the room had only one glass. When we asked for water, the receptionist told us we could drink from the bathroom faucet. This is not a five-star hotel by any standard. The only bright spot was the waiter at breakfast, who was kind and professional. If you're looking for a hotel without issues, skip this one. It’s overpriced and fails to deliver even basic service.
