Hotel Colón Gran Meliá

This was the best hotel experience we have ever had!! Everything was perfect! The staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful, and they truly strived to make us feel special while we were there. The room was beautiful and extremely clean. It was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen. We LOVED the rooftop terrace with the pool. I found myself taking a nap up there in the sun almost every afternoon. But I really just can’t get over how amazing the staff were. They made our stay there so nice and we can’t stop talking about how it was one of the highlights of our trip. You can tell that they really care about their customers and truly take pride in their work. I would love the opportunity the spend time at this hotel again. It’s truly a magical place! 5 stars isn’t high enough

Simply an amazing, beautiful hotel. From the start, we felt as though we were being treated with the utmost hospitality. The staff are so kind and professional, the food is wonderfully prepared in the restaurant and the breakfast area, and the rooms are luxurious and well-serviced. It was a highlight in and of itself during our Sevilla stay. With a central location it was so easy to get around the city. We can’t wait to come back and stay again! Be sure to check out their bull fighting exhibit by the concierge/check in area and the historic original bar area!

Simply wow!! A great experience at this fabulous hotel. From the start to the end, the level of care, attention and luxury is unbeatable. We were celebrating a birthday and arrived with a bottle of Cava and cake waiting for us in our room. The staff go the extra mile that is greatly appreciated, from the front of house, to the concierge to the breakfast team, everyone is helpful, friendly and make you feel at home! Great recommendations for dining options and also places to visit. The breakfast options are great with a wide variety to keep everyone happy!! Thanks for such an unforgettable experience!!!
