Lovely service at the front desk - they gave us a map and showed us the sights on it, recommended restaurants, and were wonderful when I lost something important in the room. Nice comfortable rooms and just steps from the old town. Also highly recommend a post-Camino massage from Iria!

Pretty nice hotel with good sized rooms for our one night visit to Santiago de Compostela. The manager was nice enough to accommodate us even though I made some booking errors online. Paid underground parking garage was one minute away but tricky to get in and out.

We recently returned to this hotel for our anniversary, specifically because of a special room we stayed in two years ago. When we made our reservation directly through the hotel’s website, we were very clear in our request—we even mentioned it was for our anniversary and described exactly which room we wanted. That room was the only reason we chose to come back. Unfortunately, when we arrived, they acknowledged our request but still gave us a different room. There was no explanation or sincere apology—just a simple statement that this was the room available. It felt like our message had been completely ignored, despite how specific and personal it was. This had a real impact on our experience. We had been looking forward to this trip for months, and to have our one request disregarded, especially on a meaningful date, was really disappointing. Hotels often talk about attention to detail and personalized service, but in this case, it felt like the opposite. We left feeling let down and won’t be returning.
