Hotel Conca Park

Had a fantastic week holiday here. We felt special from the moment we arrived (even though it was very late, there was food and drink waiting in the fridge!), to the moment we left. All the staff were really friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We had half board, and although it was a buffet twice a day, the food was great, plenty of choice and variety. Pool was a decent size, enough to cool off in with plenty of seating, in shade of you wanted. Location of the hotel was perfect, 5 minutes walk from town, but away from the road noise etc.

Hotel is well located in the city center ! They have a big parking for cars and the we were accompanied with golf car to the reception! Welcoming was ok (not bad but could be more friendly) Room is nice with view on the city and swimming pool on the 5th floor ! The bad thing is the INSONORISATION! You hear everything from other room even the conversation which when it’s late it’s very bad! Breakfast is included in the price of the room and is ok but not great (they have the policy of no waste) so even a joghurt for lunch you could not take as they are already in a bowl! Otherwise gym is excellent ! Top machine for cardio and sauna too ! The decoration and entrance of the hotel is beautiful (see pictures) lot of paintings / sculptures! To resume we were happy but we expect better service and more high standard for a 4 stars hotel

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights. The location is great and within walking distance of everything! The staff at the front desk/bell hop could be more friendly. The grounds were well kept. The bath towels had a weird odor. The continental breakfast was worth waking up for IMO, but my husband disagrees. We had a balcony sea view that was nice and the mini bar had complimentary juices,sodas, and a beer. The room was an adequate size. Overall we did not feel like this was a 4 star hotel.
