By far the best 4 stars (Special) hotel alongside the beach of Cervia. Incredibly welcoming staff and management team. Impeccable and clean rooms. Services beyond the 4s stars. The most enjoyable stay we have experienced in Italy.
Situated on Cervia's seafront, the Hotel Conchiglia is a lovely experience that starts with the reception staff. We were greeted with a broad smile and a 'nothing-is-a-problem' attitude. Relaxing, impressive, spotlessly clean, with ample balconies off their ensuite rooms. Would I return? Absolutely!
This hotel is beautiful! The cleanliness of the rooms, common areas, pool area, and property are exceptional. All staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. We couldn’t have asked for a more satisfying experience than the one we had. Special thanks to Vladia, Cristina, Alexander, Douglas, and Denis, who went beyond to ensure our stay was perfect!
