One of our rooms had blood spotted sheets, but we didn't see any bed bugs. We changed rooms and all was well.
Clean yet quite small rooms. Easy access, free parking and strong wifi. Location is great for quick sleep while transiting but don't book your 3 week holiday here, there area is quite industrial...
It's a clean, basic hotel. It didn't seem to be centrally located but there is an Ikea and other household type shops in walking distance very close by. The hotel is situated next to commuter rail tracks so the train whirrs by every once in a while but it's not extremely loud as they are electric rather than diesel.
