Wonderful Stay – Exceptional Service! We had an amazing stay at this hotel, thanks to the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to make our holiday special. A special thanks to Manager Muarad for his incredible support and for ensuring that vegetarian food options were available. Thank you. A huge shoutout to Waiter Mahmoud, who not only served us with a smile every single day but also decorated our table beautifully for a special 40th birthday celebration.. The animated team, especially Prince, kept the energy high and made our experience even more enjoyable. The bar staff and reception team were always welcoming and professional, adding to the overall warmth of the hotel. Thank you once again for making this holiday so memorable. We are leaving with great memories and look forward to returning! Wi fii connection tion is not great, carpet is stained and look old but overall good stay. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Definitely not a five star hotel! Dirty carpets throughout the whole hotel which are not even hoovered at the very least. Sticky tables / surfaces, not cleaned regularly or thoroughly. Very little for children to do, the kids club is not very entertaining. We stayed for 1 week and our 2 children were not approached by the animation team even once, ignored throughout our stay. Very disappointing. In general, English guests are given preferential treatment and kept happy whilst everyone else is ignored. The staff in general are quite rude and unwelcoming bar one or two waiters in restaurant and one waiter at bar inside. Only one variety of mocktail included as part of all-inclusive. Carpets in bedrooms never hoovered. Food is OK, no room service if you miss meal times or unwell. The only plus is the beautiful sandy beach and the outside pool is very scenic. I would not recommend this hotel if you're looking for a child friendly stay.
Disappointing Stay – Not the Relaxing break we hoped for... We came to this resort for a relaxing family holiday to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday in advance, but unfortunately, it fell well short of expectations. Cleanliness & Facilities: The rooms were not clean upon arrival, and there was a general lack of upkeep throughout the resort. There was no snack bar available, which made it difficult, especially with children. Food & Dining: The food was consistently cold, which was particularly disappointing for the kids. We were told to book dinner 24 hours in advance, but were not informed that the restaurant only opened on Wednesdays. When I mentioned this to the tall , young guy on reception (slick back hair) he didn't care and said it's not his job to give me all the information (sorry but isn't that your job????) This guy was so rude and arrogant. On Saturday, we missed out on lunch entirely as all the food was gone by the time we arrived. There was no snack bars at all during meals - even though it was advertised as having a snack bar. Atmosphere & Comfort: During our stay, large groups of local men arrived and dominated the resort, particularly the swimming pool area, which made us very uncomfortable – especially as we were a group of girls. The environment became increasingly loud and rowdy, especially in the evenings when many guests became heavily intoxicated, disrupting the entertainment and making the atmosphere unpleasant. Positives: The only real highlight was the animation team – they were enthusiastic and worked hard to keep guests entertained. The restaurant waiters were also lovely and worked very hard to keep up with everything. The main young guy in the animation team was great - he made the kids trip so enjoyable. Overall: This was not the relaxing, celebratory trip we had planned. While there were a few standout staff members, the overall experience was disappointing and we wouldn’t return. To top it all when I complained to the assistant hotel manager - she said she was sorry but I should have told her sooner. But it's not like they could kick out the 100's of local men for the conference. She said she could sort me out an upgrade next time i stay - but why would I want to come back after such a terrible stay. They should have offered us money back.
