I stayed in a superior room. Nicely furnished, clean, with excellent mattresses. The hotel is located at a busy street. I advice to ask for a room facing the interior side. Very friendly and helpful people at the reception desk.

I have never ever experienced such service by any 4 star hotel. After not finding enough water in when I asked to receptionist, He was questioning & threatening me like I will ask service to check room how many water bottles are there? Really bad hospitality. Water Bottle cost just 1 euro & I paid 300+ euros for a day. Then he find him guilty but didn't said even sorry. Really Bad Service. Swimming pool was like almost 3*5*7 in size (like kids pool). Pathetic experience.
