Top quality hotel, a proper 4*, including 2x cleaning during the day, fanstastic food at the restaurant, always a great choice of either local, home-style food or a more fancy, Italian cuisine interpretations. Very nice rooms, a bit too warm, couldn’t cool it due to central heating. Would appreciate bio / better ingredients body care products. Area for improvements: English level of the staff, a loot of breakfast food waste due to language confusions.

Great Hotel, But Avoid the Dining! This hotel has a lot going for it – an excellent location, modern and immaculately clean rooms, and a pleasant spa area with a heated pool. The accommodations are truly top-notch, and I have no complaints there. However, I must strongly caution against dining at the hotel's restaurant. While the dishes look Instagram-worthy, with beautiful presentations, the taste unfortunately does not live up to the visual appeal. The food is often lukewarm or even cold, and the flavors are lackluster at best. It's a real disappointment given the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. If you stay here, I highly recommend exploring the surrounding area for your meals. There are likely plenty of excellent local restaurants that can provide a far more satisfying dining experience. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel for accommodation and amenities, but the restaurant is a miss. As long as you plan to eat elsewhere, you'll have a fantastic stay.

Out of season, every restaurant closed apart Concordia ,staff friendly ,food cold and heaving not very good ,even a ordinary burger looks good but boring and dry
