We stay in this place on our short trip to Vilnius. Hotel is in very good location,rooms and service is excellent. Breakfast is really good with good choices. Didn't get to the restaurant but from quick look to menu it's good choices with good price. Will be staying again next time. Highly recommended
Room and location is good, but staff is not helpful or friendly. On our stay in the middle of night around 1o’clock alarm system started ringing and didn’t stop for more than hour. Where the reception is the sound was not as loud, but there was no place to sit, and near by breakfast buffet with sofas was closed and administrator didn’t let us sit there because it’s “not allowed “ so we had to stand. They didn’t apologize or give us complimentary breakfast after that night sleep, very disappointed with our stay.
Guests cannot control room temperature in a place that has variable climate summers. Sometimes it’s cold sometimes it’s hot. The building will be set on one mode or another. You can only make a hot room more hot. Falling asleep with the room temp at 22 or 23 is supremely uncomfortable. Great location and great food but if I’m uncomfortable it’s not worth it. Seriously though, this is a highly rated pricey hotel in a prime location and they have air conditioner electronics installed in 1994. Get with it Congress Avenue.
