Hotel Conrad Comfort

Clean and well decorated room. The mini kitchen is great. The dinner was excellent. The breakfast buffet is very good.

Very reasonably priced hotel. Wouldn't quite put it at 4 star, but not far off. Rooms are comfortable and have a decent level of soundproofing. I was given a physical key at check in along with a key card which I found odd but then discovered the key card didn't open the door. So odd. Seems like it's broken but rather than fix it they just hand out the physical key... Room was totally spotless and comfortable. Carafe for water is a nice touch, I was room 123 where there is a complimentary water dispenser right outside. There's also a fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee. Shower is extremely powerful which was brilliant. Underground car parking is a real bonus, safe and secure. I didn't use the onsite restaurant as I thought the prices were too high and used Uber Eats for a pizza delivery. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Dropping a star for the room as the temperature control just didn't seem to work correctly and one half of the bed had collapsed. Would stay again though.

Rooms nice comfortable beds , tea and coffee but no milk. Service can't go below 1 star , staff we ordered our meals from gave my wife's meal I waited 40 minutes for a plate of chips kept asking in that 40 minutes for my chips she threw them on the table said something in Polish walked away. We will never go to this Hotel and wouldn't recommend this to anyone
