An unforgettable stay – thanks to il concierge Giuseppe and Rosario! We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect, the rooms were spotless, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. A special thank you to Giuseppe and Rosario, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel right at home. Whether it was offering local recommendations, making sure we were comfortable, or just greeting us with a smile each day, they truly made a difference. We’ll definitely be coming back and will gladly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you again, Giuseppe and Rosario – you’re the heart of this hotel!
This is my 4th stay in this hotel. Extremely helpful staff and very considerate. The hotel has several pools, two wonderful restaurants and a nice bar by the pool. The house red and white wines are very good (offered free with food) and so is the food (not free but reasonable prices). The hotel has a baby grand piano and a billiard that visitors can use. It is always a pleasure to stay in this hotel. It is walking distance to the beach and my wife and I enjoy the walk (back and forth) to the beach. Some people use taxis that are just outside the hotel, but we prefer to walk (less than a mile). In conclusion, I have only praises for this hotel and I recommend it most highly.
We wanted somewhere reasonably close to Ischia Port with spa facilities. This hotel is approx 20 min walk to port at reasonable pace. Alternatively, a range of busses leave from outside hotel every 15 mins and connect to other busses at port terminal it has been easy to get around island at minimal expense (a 7 day bus pass is 14 euro). The hotel itself is very nice with great facilities and clean, spacious rooms. It is however a very formal, corporate hotel so the service is very formal and has felt unfriendly at times. There have been business conferences here which took over the pool bar at lunchtimes. The one time we did try to order a drink (rum and coke) the waitress didnt understand us so we gave up. We didnt try the restaurant as there are so many wonderful restaurants in town. A majority of guests are Italian which is great. Perhaps for that reason the staff struggle a bit more with english speaking guests. Am not sure. Overall, great facilities, good location but the service has been as much fun as visiting your local council offices.
