Exceptional Service Saved Our Stay! Booked a triple room via Chase points, but it wasn't in the hotel's system at check-in. Instead of hassle, the front desk staff and manager immediately provided us with two rooms to ensure our family's comfort while they sorted things out with Chase. This was incredibly thoughtful and showed they genuinely care about guests! Combine that with an unbeatable location (just 5 minutes from the train station) and wonderfully clean, modern rooms, and this hotel is an absolute must-stay. Highly recommended!

Definitely recommend this hotel! We had a great stay. From our arrival and the friendly front desk receptionists, to the beautiful, clean and updated rooms, we had a wonderful experience. Great location just across the train station and close to all of the main areas of Lucerne. Room had good AC and crib was provided for our small child. Breakfast was also great, Alejandra, our server, was the best!!! Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel!!

This hotel has the best reception we ever had. A young man that was very friendly by phone and in person, he welcomed us with a big smile and a great enthusiasm. The room was big, with a fridge and very clean. It was very quiet at night. The power outlets were not compatible with our gadgets but that didn’t have a big impact in our staying. The location is very nice. It’s close by to every touristic place, bars, restaurants and across the train station. The shower is not very powerful but they have the best shampoo and conditioner available. The breakfast is simple, not many options, but it was good. The parking lot is in the location and very easy to park. I totally recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
