From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the hotel's unwavering commitment to cleanliness, and we were even personally greeted by Margherita who went above and beyond by helping us. Her helpfulness continued throughout our entire stay, making us feel truly valued. Our room was spotless and serviced daily, and it was evident that the entire hotel was cleaned nonstop, around the clock. We constantly saw the diligent cleaning staff at work, ensuring every area was pristine – a huge peace of mind for any family. The staff truly made our stay memorable. The reception team, including Margherita, was incredibly friendly and professional, handling all our requests efficiently and with a genuine desire to help. Dining was a highlight; the food options were consistently delicious, and we highly recommend seeking advice from the dining room staff. They were brilliant at suggesting the best combinations and dishes, ensuring we left every meal completely satisfied. While it's tempting to try everything from the generous buffet, take their advice for the most enjoyable experience! The selection of drinks and coffee was also impressive. Beyond that, the hotel's weekly program offered fantastic activities and entertainment that truly enhanced our vacation. We wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Continental Rimini for an outstanding family holiday.

I had had a bad experience with another hotel and had to find a new one in the middle of the night. I found Hotel Continental and the front desk person was so nice, kind, and thoughtful. The room was excellent, and the breakfast and breakfast staff were wonderful. If I ever come back to Rimini, I’m staying here.

The food was very delicious but not diverse as it should be (fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, grapes you will not see at the buffet) we also expected more pizza sorts at the buffet The location is great but all the rest is totally not okay for a 4 stars hotel. Swimming pool is too small and they play no music overday to give some nice atmosphere for the families. Rooms are a way too small Not all the people at the reception speak good English which is not okay They asked for a mastercard or a big amount of cash to guarantee their rights?? I have never heard about this before in hotels with 2 or 3 stars even
