Hotel Continental Saigon

Every single day, we've said how happy we are that we chose this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect - right in the heart of everything. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable, and hotel is extremely well maintained for a hotel that's been around since 1880! Oh, and the buffet breakfast is a must! Every staff member we've interacted with has been so warm, helpful, and attentive. We genuinely can’t fault a thing. We love this hotel and have already agreed that we’re only staying here next time we’re in HCM. Highly recommend!

I love this classic interior, and electric facility and bath related is good enough. Nice breakfast, and friendly employees. Location is one of the best in town, but if you expect to see opera house from your room, may need little pricy, my room was not bad, but not like website. Cause of location, always you hear sound of people and car. I would like to book again.

A Grand Old Lady If you are looking for a hotel with the grandeur and charm of days gone by, then this is the property for you. A grand lobby area with live piano music, columns, archways, wide corridors and very spacious rooms. The furnishings are typical old world style but still solid and very functional. The service is of a very high standard and the staff are professional and efficient. Having worked in high end hospitality (Accor Sofitel), I would prefer to see the staff being a little more friendly and engaging with the guests – here they tend to come across as being a little staid and aloof (just a perception). The breakfast buffet is fantastic and has a great variety that will suit every taste. I was disappointed that guests are permitted to smoke in the eating area – this severely detracts from the dining experience, if you happen to be seated near them. Overall, a great hotel in a perfect location. Highly recommended
