Hotel Cool Zagreb Airport

We stayed for one night to fly to Paris the next morning. What a delightful place and experience. The shuttle service that fetched us was highly efficient. The service was great and the the restaurant on site was a true gem. Well worth the visit.

Great hotel for close proximity to the Airport. The name of the hotel explains it perfectly " Cool" ... The food & rooms were fantastic and staff. We would be happy to stay again.

We stayed here before flying out of the Zagreb airport. Our family of 4 stayed in 2 single bed rooms. We couldn’t get the AC to work, fortunately it was cool enough not to be an issue. It took a very long time for the water to heat enough to get in the shower. Once it was warm, it stayed warm. The shower was stained and just overly worn. It looked like it had the option for full body sprayers but that wouldn’t turn on. The extra pillows didn’t have pillow cases. I grabbed an extra blanket instead and was disgusted to open it up and find some kind of animal excrement in it. I took it to reception, the hostess was gone taking someone to the airport I think. I was able to find someone from the restaurant to tell. She offered me a new blanket, but did not ask for my name or room number. At that point, I did not want another blanket. I attempted to reach out to the hotel after we returned home but received no response. The only redeeming part of our stay was that the restaurant was very good. I would not stay at this hotel again.
