I went down for stem cell treatments, and this was a hotel suggested by Dr. Hino. The communication between the clinic and the hotel was seamless. The service was top-notch and the food was phenomenal. Their breakfast offer and array of dishes that you would usually see for dinner! Everybody is very kind and helpful at the hotel. He’s not eating well
Great hotel in every way! Ideal for a quick getaway. As a childless couple we would just like to recommend for the hotel to be more assertive on the rules on the pool area, specially on the jacuzzi, because kids below 12 years come and go as de please and the lifeguard is not always there. I hope that the hotel would give the rules to all people on the check in process.
Called to get information as I’ve been there before and loved the pools. But the lady wasn’t polite at all (she wasn’t very rude either) she just hang up on me and wasn’t giving me options. The hotel should have a day pass too. Every time I’ve been there I have loved it. I’m just reviewing for this time so it is in mind
