Excellent facility with friendly, competent, and always helpful staff. The wellness center is an additional cost, but the staff are also very good, and the services offered are worth every penny. The in-house restaurant is very good, with always friendly and prompt waiters and waitresses. The hotel's location is ideal for me, a 5-minute walk from the center of Pescasseroli. Highly recommended for those seeking a relaxing and peaceful getaway, accompanied by excursions to beautiful parks and mountains.

We were guests of this hotel for a few days and I must say that it was a truly unforgettable experience! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we booked. Always ready and attentive to elegantly satisfy our every request. But what further influenced the difference with other experiences was the restaurant staff, their kindness, their professionalism and their passion, their elegance was simply exceptional. The food itself was delicious and varied, and the entire service impeccable. I can only highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high quality experience and personalized treatment. Five stars without a doubt, but only because I can't give ten.

My dad and I stayed at this hotel for four days, from July 9th to 12th, and the experience was top-notch. The welcome, the cleanliness, the location, the attention to detail—everything was as it should be in a worthy four-star hotel. I also had the pleasure of trying the spa, and was amazed not only by its cleanliness but also by everything it offers in a relatively small but comfortable space; it's truly impossible not to relax. What beats everything, however, is the smile with which you are greeted at every moment of your stay, starting at the reception. We'd like to give a special thanks to Francesca and Lorenzo, who made breakfast (abundant and plentiful, tailored to every request) feel familiar and cheerful. They welcome everyone with a smile and kind words, giving you the right boost of positivity to start the morning. We absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.
