We had an amazing stay at this hotel near Mount Etna! The location is absolutely perfect—we were incredibly lucky to have a room with a view of the volcano and even got to witness an eruption. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! But what really made our stay unforgettable was the hospitality. The reception team was outstanding—especially Davide and Alessandro. We arrived very late at night and there wasn’t a room ready for three people, but they went above and beyond to make it work. Their kindness, positive energy, and professionalism really stood out. Thank you again for making us feel so welcome. We’ll never forget it!
The location is beautiful, the staff was excellent and very responsive. You also get some discounts on excursions when you book a stay there. The view from the superior room at night was breathtaking taking. We sat outside and looked at the stars for a long time. If I have the pleasure returning to Etna, I will certainly stay here again.
Very nice old hotel in a breathtaking location. A few of the rooms have amazing views either up to Mount Etna or down over Catania. Our room didn't come with air conditioning but this isn't much of a problem at 1900m, even in the July sun.
