Hotel Corte Bianca Adults only

This hotel in Sardinia is an absolute gem—affordable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We’ve stayed here twice already and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Both times we booked the Deluxe Room, which was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped—ideal for a comfortable stay. A small touch we’d suggest: providing a black makeup towel in the bathroom would be helpful, to avoid staining the beautiful white ones. The entire property is beautifully designed, with a peaceful atmosphere and lovely surroundings. A mix of pebble and sand beach is located directly at the hotel, making beach days super easy. There’s a beachside restaurant and bar open for lunch and evening drinks, plus a second restaurant and bar inside the resort. The two restaurants alternate for dinner, so there’s always something new to experience. The wellness area is large, modern, and very inviting—perfect for winding down after a day in the sun. The hotel is adults-only (16+), so it’s quiet and relaxed throughout. One of the real highlights is the dinner: every night features a different 4-course menu. We stayed 11 nights and had a new menu each evening. For each course (starter, first and second course, and dessert), you can choose between 2–4 options, and the food is simply delicious—always beautifully presented and full of flavor. Breakfast is buffet-style, with a wide selection, and if you don’t find what you’re looking for, the staff is happy to prepare something extra upon request. The entire team is extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to help with a smile. At lunch, you can even have your food packed in a takeaway box and delivered directly to your sunbed on the beach—such a thoughtful touch! The hotel is located a bit outside of the main towns, but that’s quite normal on Sardinia, and the hotel offers excursions to explore the island if you want to get out and about. All in all, this is a hotel worth remembering—and one we highly recommend trying for yourself!

We stayed at Corte Bianca between August 1-6 2025, and everything about our stay was absolutely fantastic. It’s a perfect adults-only retreat, quiet, elegant, and very well organized. The hotel offers VIP airport transfers to and from Olbia, which made the arrival and departure super smooth. While it may seem a bit pricey, it’s absolutely worth it, especially considering the comfort and convenience. The sea was incredible, a little stoney and wavy, yes, but easily one of the best we've ever experienced. The beach setup was excellent with comfortable loungers and a respectful, relaxed atmosphere. Spending long days by the sea was a true highlight. The food was top-notch Italian quality. We originally booked half-board thinking we wouldn't need lunch, but every meal was so delicious that we ended up having lunch every day anyway and loved it. Dining by the beach added to the charm. The spa facilities were extensive and fun; from hot and cold areas, Turkish bath, adventure showers, to mud baths, there was plenty to try and enjoy. A great addition to the whole relaxing vibe. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in Sardinian idyll, the Corte Bianca is a must on your list. With its unique charm, the hotel creates the perfect setting for complete relaxation. The interiors are modern and comfortable, while the design reflects the character of the region. The accommodations are spread across several two-story buildings, surrounded by a lush variety of plants and flowers. Beyond the rooms, the hotel impresses with excellent facilities: a diverse spa area, a classic pool and two natural pools with cozy loungers invite you to unwind. The beach is directly adjacent to the hotel, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The water is crystal clear, though the beach is a bit rocky (water shoes are recommended for sensitive feet). Even when the hotel is fully booked, it never feels crowded. Instead, you keep seeing familiar faces among the guests and staff, which creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was consistently fantastic and beautifully presented. Evenings on the beach with live music added an absolutely breathtaking ambiance. What really stood out was the friendliness of the entire team - from gardeners to lifeguards, everyone greeted you with a cheerful buongiorno. The staff were attentive and genuinely warm.
