Hotel Country Relais Monaco

I booked 8 rooms at this property for a trip with clients from the United States that I brought to visit my company HQ and factories. I booked it solely on the website and reviews and was a bit nervous until I arrived at the hotel. The entrance from the road is stunning and everyone in my group was commenting on how. Wasteful the place was. The staff could not have been nicer. The rooms and bathrooms were all very nice according to comments from all my guests. I think every room is different. I know mine was lovely. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and we enjoyed some nice drinks in the bar. The surrounding grounds of the property include a fabulous patio area for nice weather and a big swimming pool which was not open yet. The only drawback I can name was a lack of power outlets in my room but no one else complained of this and it was not a big deal for me. I can't believe how lucky I was to find such a beautiful hotel from a Google search but I did! I will also say that the hotel arranged a dinner reservation for my group of 10 people in Treviso and that too was just perfect after we figured out where to park! I will be bringing more groups over to visit my company and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel is somewhat secluded in a beautiful and quiet area. Fortunately, you get as good as nothing from the traffic here. It is a friendly and well maintained hotel with a very nice and cozy atmosphere. The staff was always nice and friendly, and helped you with any question. Even though communication in English was sometimes not so easy, they always found a way to communicate with each other. When we asked where to eat in the area, we got some good tips that were away from the typical tourist spots. Our week here was a complete success.

Pity one cannot book the Spa, neither online, nor by phone because nobody picks up on a Saturday late morning. So you arrive and all is booked. Useless to go to a Spa Hotel, and then you have a completely indifferent gentleman sitting at the reception. Rooms run down and needing some overhaul! Whether the kitchen is any good we did not even want to try, given the lousy reception.
