Hotel COZI Harbour View

Overall good hotel given the price point. Room was spacious and have very nice CR. The staff was very friendly and accomodating as well. Room service cleans sheets and towels daily. They have affordable breakfast buffet so very convenient for foreigners in the morning. Good location since many convenience stores and food shops/restos nearby. Nearby MTR is about 8-10 mins walk and a few blocks away so need to cross. But quite off city center so always need to take green line MTR/bus if travelling to city proper or famous HK locations. They don't provide water so you need to buy in nearby stores. Bring charger adapter as this hotel only has British sockets. Will definitely recommend for mid-budget hotel seekers.

The beds were hard. The staff doesn't know how to smile. I had two connected bookings but it was a struggle to combine them together and they didn't take the initiative to just keep the same room one day after the other for the different bookings. I thought it would be easy. BUT do I blame myself for booking this with Agoda? Agoda made the special request for me for Cozi management to fix it. Smiling is free, especially when they are receiving overseas tourist

One of the worst hotel I stayed before. The bed is so hard that you can feel the spring poking you. Wall is so thin that you can hear your next door talking. Avoid this place if you can.
