Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room is clean and big. We travel with three family with 3 rooms and all are very happy. We will definitely come back to stay again.
We had a great stay at this modern hotel. The room was spacious and even came with a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. The front desk staff were very helpful—lending umbrellas on rainy days and offering great restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was a highlight, with a different menu each day and a made-to-order omelette station. The location is also convenient—just a short MRT or bus ride to Taipei 101, Ximending, and various night markets. Would definitely stay here again!
Good location, helpful and polite staff, bright open atmosphere. A few suggestions for the rooms, when keeping in mind the competition just around the corner:- 1. Would be good to have a microwave in the room 2. Suggest to have a drinking water dispenser on each floor for customers ease of access at anytime, versus having to go down to level 2 always. 3. Suggest to have an iron and board in the room 4. Suggest to provide instructions for guests towards garbage management within the room. ( Considering room cleaning is done only on alternate days) 5. In room garbage management is not clearly defined to customers. Considering rooms are cleaned every alternate day.
