nice hotel very much right in the centre. restaurant was great food was delicious ( very generous though) only room was bit small that I was expecting. room and bathroom were clean, only shower gel was empty. I did not ask for a replacement, so it was OK.

Broken Air Conditioning wasn’t ideal when sleeping in the center at weekend. We had to have the windows open and of course it was a bit noisy during the night

Great location, easy access to almost everything. The restaurant deserves 5 stars. However, as a professor of management, I would say the management is not competent enough for hospitality business. The parking is an issue. Rather than talking to the city to make a deal at lease about the parking space right in front of the door, the management responded a complaint on parking in almost page length that it was not fault of the hotel. We had an empty shower cap box and a broken one in the other and reported to the front desk, not a word of sorry heard. Why is it so hard to say sorry to the guests and unsatisfied reviews? Apparently more training is needed for the management. I have to add that we paid the parking ourselves. It is surprising how fast the management responded to unfavorable reviews. Since we paid, we know how little the city charges. That is the very reason I suggested you arrange some deal with the city and give guests directions and parking coupons. Please move your energy to solve the problems not complain about guests didn’t appraise enough for a 4 star hotel did for guests. What do you expect the guests do when we thanked you several times for telling us how to pay parking?
