Dinners were very nice and rooms comfy. Only small issue was kids' ski area and ski shop is a bit of a walk with gear.

Overall, it was a terrible experience! Acceptable for a 2-star hotel. Not sure where to start... 1) We have a little kid, so it was important for us to have a playroom available and a swimming pool. However, none of it was accessible, although we asked in advance. 2) The manager wasn't interested in talking to us, while the rest of the personnel seemed like they could process only very simple tasks - unfriendly & incompetent 3) Repetitive breakfasts and MOULDY BUTTER SERVED EVERY DAY. The dinners were the highlight - interesting variety of meals. 4) The room was pretty simple with a comfortable bed, but the bathroom was tiny with a leaky and mouldy shower corner 5) Accessibility and equipment for skiers is pretty nice Compensation or free drinks would make my experience less bitter, but I didn't even get a simple SORRY.

First of all the room I was given had a single bed that was extremely small, at a pretty high rate for the accommodation. Secondly, the room was extremely hot and not possible to set the temperature. Also, toiletries (shampoo, soaps...) were extremely small and barely enough for a shower a day. Finally, even though there are always plenty of people at the reception, the service is pretty sub standards for a supposedly 4 stars hotel. I was also given wrong information about the bus timing, resulting in missing the bus and subsequently the train. This is not a 4 stars hotel by international standards. Only the prices are... not recommended.
