Hotel Cristallo

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations and may just be the best place I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The environment is incredibly calm and peaceful, with plenty of beautiful walking routes right at your doorstep – ideal for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. The culinary experience was exceptional. Both breakfast and dinner were absolute highlights of our stay – thoughtful, delicious, and beautifully presented. You can really tell how much care goes into the food here. One of the standout features was the spa. It was simply amazing – a true oasis of relaxation. Just a note for future guests: the sauna area is nude, which is something to be aware of if you’re not used to that. That said, the whole wellness area was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-maintained, just like the rest of the hotel. What really made the stay extra special was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You really feel like a valued guest. All in all, this was a flawless experience – peaceful, luxurious, and full of thoughtful details. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

I don’t know if I even want to write this review because I want to keep this gem of a place to myself. That said, if you find yourself in Sulda/Sulden this is the place to stay. Ski in/ski out, a great bar and wonderful food. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But, what makes this place so special are the owners and the staff. The Reinstadlers make you feel like you’re coming home as soon as you set foot in the lobby. Can’t wait to see them next year.
