We came with a large group for a soccer tournament for 2 nights. The pool was closed the first day and the kids weren’t even allowed to play on the large lawn next to the pool. The next day a few kids swam in the pool with very strict rules during the day (no yelling, jumping, etc.) The rest of the group was exploring Rome. We came back to the hotel and asked the lady at the front desk with long black hair if the pool was open and she said yes until 9:30pm. The kids were very excited and quickly got changed. When we arrived to the entrance of the pool around 8:30pm, we were told it was closed and was never opened. It was evident there was some type of event happening with many people dressed up and eating dinner. My mother tried to get a drink at the pool bar and they were hesitant to even let her in. The manager was extremely rude. He walked me over to the desk to have the man (who I never spoke with) tell me the pool was never opened. Which was false. Most of the people that work at this hotel are very rude, especially at the pool/bar area and restaurant. There’s many more options with nicer staff and better location to chose from in Rome.

We came to stay in this hotel for 4 nights. The pool was closed off. They said sorry for the inconvenience but they didn't have anybody trying to fix it. The main reason we stayed was for the pool. We were sent down to a sports leisure centre as "compensation" and was told it was a 5 minute walk and it's about 10-12 minutes. Not much in the difference but in heat like this it's insane when the walk to the pool was suppose to be right beside us. We also at the sports centre don't have the facilities to drink or eat. We are severely dissatisfied.I also found out today that the pool has been closed for a few weeks. It does not say online when booking it's closed. The 4 days in here I haven't seen anybody try to fix it at all. They aren't giving any compensation to anything. No refund. Have to pay full price on everything. When we went down to the leisure centre they provided us with we had to pay for swimming hats. Which were €5 each. A cost we shouldn't have had to pay. And the walk to the leisure centre is severely dangerous. There are rocks and trees coming up from the ground everywhere, and my mum suffers with her breathing so having to walk from the hotel to this wasn't convenient for her at all!!

I recently stayed at this hotel for 7 days and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the pool amenities, which were a key factor for my kids. However, upon arrival, I discovered the pool was closed, and no one informed us ahead of time. This was extremely disappointing. Additionally, I encountered some staff members who were quite rude, adding to my frustration. It’s disheartening when hotel staff do not provide the service or information expected. To add to the inconvenience, I had to travel 20 minutes with a buggy to reach another pool, which was not ideal. The reception staff seemed unaware of anything regarding guest services, which made the situation even worse. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to others and am genuinely upset with my stay. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.
