Hotel Crivi's

We arrived at the hotel today at 3:00 AM with a valid booking confirmation, yet the receptionist refused to let us into our room. A family member had already informed the front desk in advance and left the key at reception specifically for us to access the room upon arrival. Despite this, the receptionist denied us entry and, to make matters worse, refused to acknowledge his mistake. My family member had to wake up and call the reception. The worst hotel service we’ve experienced.

We were very disappointed with the service at this hotel. We were traveling and stayed for 4 nights. One of the guests — my brother — had a birthday during our stay. We wanted to create a festive atmosphere for him and asked the hotel in advance if they could do something to congratulate him. The hotel manager, Giovanni Ordanini, replied that the staff would congratulate my brother during breakfast. Unfortunately, no one did. It was very upsetting, especially since everything had been arranged in advance and nothing was done. If you’re expecting good service — this is not the place...

We, a couple, reserved a room mistakenly (single instead of double) and they told us there is no double room available so we need to get two separate single rooms, probably due to the higher cost of two separate single room. The young staff at the reception was very rude and he did not let me go upstairs to leave my backpack in the reserved room before paying the price for the second one. I was really tired and they did not behave and respect appropriately. The room stuff was also very old and dirty. Overally it was a very dissapointing experience.
