We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, despite some mixed reviews. The staff were hospitable and welcoming. We booked two interconnected rooms for two nights, and the manager was kind enough to provide us with a discount The hotel's strengths include: - Fresh breakfast buffet - Prime location, close to major attractions - Cooperative and friendly staff - Rooms gave very vintage vibes However, there's room for improvement: 1. Heater functionality needs attention (we experienced issues despite multiple requests) 2. One safe locker was out of order 3. Limited parking space Overall, our experience was enjoyable, and the hotel's efforts to provide a comfortable stay was much appreciated

Good hotel, courteous staff, ideal location, clean rooms, clean washrooms, very decent and quick room service. I wish the breakfast options were a little better. If you don't want all the bling of Serena and the old rooms of Marriott, this is a good option at probably 40% of the nightly room charge...

I recently stayed at the Crown Plaza hotel Islamabad and, unfortunately, left my laptop charger in the room after checkout. I contacted the hotel shortly afterward to report the item, but was disappointed to be told that it had not been found. Despite following up, the staff ultimately denied my claim. While I understand that misplaced items are not always guaranteed to be recovered, I had hoped for a more thorough response or some sense of accountability. This experience has been quite frustrating, especially as I’m confident I left the charger in the room. I hope the hotel will consider improving their lost and found protocols to ensure better guest support in the future.
