Hotel Crowne Imperial

I recently stayed at Hotel Crowne Imperial in Kathmandu, and although it's officially a 4-star hotel, it truly deserves a 5-star rating! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff welcomed us warmly with a refreshing welcome drink, and the reception team was incredibly polite and helpful. One of the receptionists, Ms. Tara, stood out with her ever-smiling face, excellent manners, and willingness to help. She made our stay even more pleasant. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable—better than many 5-star hotels I've experienced. Room service was prompt and professional, and every staff member we encountered was kind and accommodating. The morning breakfast buffet was simply amazing—varied, delicious, and of high quality. Every dish we tried was tasty, fresh, and prepared with great care. Although the hotel is a little away from the city center, its peaceful location, quality of service, and overall hospitality more than make up for it. I would rate this hotel 10 out of 10, without hesitation. Hotel Crowne Imperial truly exceeded our expectations and, in my opinion, it deserves to be ranked as a 5-star hotel. Highly recommended!

We had multiple business meetings at Hotel Crown Imperial. The atmosphere was cozy and pleasant, perfect for a short business gathering. The food was incredibly tasty—every meal was a delight. We’ve tried regular buffet and it was so good. Staff were polite and attentive. Overall, a good experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone for their business meeting.
