Hotel Croydon

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Croydon, but the highlight was the restaurant experience. Maria, the restaurant manager, showed incredible hospitality every single day. She was warm, professional, and always made me feel welcome and special …even with a busy crowd, she never missed a beat. Chef Joe’s food was absolutely amazing. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully prepared…truly top-tier quality.Maria and Joe made my experience unforgettable. Their kindness and attention to detail are what great hospitality is all about. Highly recommend!

It was a great experience that I booked for several days in this beautiful and wonderful hotel. If I could, I would give it 10 stars. It is a beautiful hotel and its location is very close to the beach. Its distinctive fragrant smell is like perfume. Oh my God, I loved the nice smell of this hotel. The cleanliness is 100%. The elevator is clean and smells good. The rooms are very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the room refrigerator is amazing. I have never seen a refrigerator like it in any hotel before. It works well and cools food quickly and looks beautiful. The bathroom is clean and modern. There is no shortage in the hotel or the rooms. The rooftop is beautiful with comfortable decor. I was lucky to get a room next to the rooftop. It has trees and a small garden and overlooks the street, the lights, and the sea. As for the reception staff, they were amazing. Honestly, they were wonderful and worked very quickly to solve the problem and served the customer before he even asked. They were quick to respond to any help or question. They were really extraordinary people in dealing and helping. I would like to send a message to the hotel management and tell them that you are lucky to have these employees and I am happy that I dealt with nice people. All the employees there, whether at the reception or those who clean the hotel, are all nice. They are very cheerful and respectful and always welcome us. It is a perfect hotel in every way. My family and I were lucky to stay in this hotel and I will visit you again and take the same room because I loved it 😁

To be honest I don't know how this place how this place has such good reviews, I bet most of them are fake! I was going to give a 3 out of 5 review for my stay until I found they charged my card for no reason after I left even after staff has confirmed everything was settled and deposit would be returned when I checked out. They even handed the paper receipt with the full charges matching what I previously paid but they still decided to charge my card afterwards, so I'm giving 1 because I can't do less, don't trust them! The hotel is average but definitely not a 4 stars. Most of the staff won't even talk to you or even smile, and those who do you can clearly see it's fake. The most genuine friendly guy was from maintenance team which barely speaks English but was very very friendly, everyone else should learn with him. Rooms are so humid that bathroom towels won't even dry... I know Miami is very humid but I had the chance to stay in two other hotels and there were nothing like this. The pool water is unfiltered and the included breakfast is a joke... Same choice every single day, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and potatoes and that's it. Seating is very limited and service is again very very poor. Staff at the breakfast are from the restaurant downstairs and they clearly don't want to be serving people from the hotel. If you are like us and think there is always bad reviews and it can't be that bad do it at your own risk. EDIT: We didn't take anything from the minibar during the whole stay! So, future guests, be aware that they might still charge if you don't take anything!
