The room was big, clean and up to date. If you get a room on the first floor, bring earbuds as you can hear the traffic and people walking by. The cleaning team was not only cleaning but organising my stuff, which was actually quite nice, did not expect that. The breakfast had a wide selection and quite a lot of dessert options. The reception staff was friendly and helpful with airport transfers. I also got great service from the bar when I needed some ice and extra glasses. Would stay here again.
I stayed in this hotel during a hiking trip to Terceira. Great location, everything is walkable from there. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Breakfast can be very busy, but they had a nice selection of deserts, I liked that. The rooms were okay and my bed was comfortable. The only thing that annoyed me was the green light in the hallway. I felt very safe in this place.
Located above the old town center 300m walk to the Town House. Modern rooms, Fitness center, bar, restaurant, outside seating in the in yard. Breakfast buffet had a good selection, coffee only pre brewed to self service Bed was comfortable
