Short, but lovely stay. The central location of the hotel is great for exploration of Ljubljana by foot. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, especially the morning receptionist, but also the team in the breakfast room. A la carte breakfast was delicious.
Exceeded ALL expectations. From arriving and the start taking the car keys, parking the car, taking our luggage to our room whilst we were sat down with a welcome drink, complementary, and taken through where to visit, where we could eat etc. In our room a complimentary smart phone, charged for our use in the town so we didn't use our plans. A complimentary mini bar!!! The location was perfect for the old town and wandering along the river. The staff also exceeded expectations in ever way. Would most definitely return and recommend it to anyone. Oh, breakfast, amazing!!!
What a wonderful find for the first nights of my Very Best of Slovenia and Croatia tour. Charming staff, gourmet freshly cooked to order breakfast (try the shakshuka!), great cocktails in the lobby bar, and quiet, clean, spacious rooms with good air conditioning. The best location for access to the old town/castle/restaurants. All of my guests loved this hotel!
