Hotel Cyrano

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel and wanted to pass along my compliments. Despite arriving late, I received a very warm welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and what truly stood out was the exceptional staff – everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality.

Hotel Cyrano exceeded my expectations. The staff was absolutely wonderful ❤️ extremely helpful the train station is not far from there at all. I am forever grateful to Moreno who did an outstanding job by answering every question I had to making me a sandwich one night one day that I arrived late due to a train delay and had no dinner. Moreno, assisted me by suggesting/recommending forms of transportation back to the airport and he went out of his way in helping with the arrangements. Every hotel should have staff like Cyrano Hotel and every hotel should have a Moreno. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The breakfast was a great and the ladies who assisted in the breakfast area were also very kind every morning, welcoming guests with a friendly smile. Hands up to the owners and managers who hire great quality people like the ones who work in this hotel. It is staff like Hotel Cyrano that want to make you come back and stay here. I will miss the friendly staff every morning and every evening upon my arrivals.

We stayed 9 days and they treated us like we were royalty and friends!!! Deborah in the breakfast serving area was right there with a smile and cup of cappuccino every morning. Even when we had 3. All the people behind the desk were exceptional!!! Very kind, considerate and helpful. Thank you All for making our vacation si safe and comfortable! We will be back at this hotel. It is easy to get around anywhere on the trains from here.
