Hotel Czarny Potok Resort & Spa is high luxury hotel with really nice rooms and perfect services. Rooms - very big and comfortable beds, modern and cleany bathrooms. SPA - EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS HERE, EVERYTHING! 👍 Bowling, virtual reality and playing rooms for adults and children too. Inside and outside pool. It is huge complex of buildings with luxury interiors design and entrance hall with reception is incredibly nice. Restaurant - high quality food with cute presentation on plates. Yummy 10/10* It was like a dream 3 night here ! Top recommendation from my point of view

I did not enjoy that we had to go outside building number 9 to be able to use indoor pool. It would be nicer if we were staying in the same building as swimming pool, especially on a cold day. Also room was very small for the price paid. My family hardly could fit. Not good value for money.

This hotel is very nice for start. Looks new, luxury kinda. But my family and also my friends family had really cold room. Friends was fixed after few hours, mines not. When you come from wellness to cold room and you have little kid its not what you want. Man and the reception send us another man to fix it, when he came he said it will be fine, but it didnt. It was like 20°C. Food was good. But the staff. Almost every waitress looked at us with almost hate and sadness, to be absolutely true one was really nice. When you come to empty lobby, you can wait but no one will come. This I could handle. But the design of buildings was absolutely stupid. If you are in building 9 and want to have a dinner, there is a way outside circa 5 minutes of walk which is ok. But when its rainy and you wanna go indoor, you can prepare for 20 minute track with compas and few prayings to find your way. The man who designed this route from building for example 6 and main building was absolutely delussional. You need to take I dont know how many elevators and I bet you that you will find yourself lost few times. It wasnt bad this trip, but this few things secure that we will try to find another hotel next time.
