Very nice place. The rooms were excellent. Some details, such as the bathroom lights, weren't working. Mold was growing on the whirlpool nozzles. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. The food on the three-course menu leaves much to be desired. Not only is it the same at every meal, but the meats are also boiled. You also don't have the option to choose between lunch and dinner on half-board.

I was truly disappointed by the lack of friendliness of some of the waitresses on the breakfast shift. They don't even say "good morning." They arrive at 8:00 a.m. and are just preparing the tables with the guests' needs. It's a disgrace. On top of that, they sit down to breakfast and it's not even five minutes before they're back to work. I'm mentioning Yamila here, who seems to have been annoyed that I asked for a coffee from the bar, because the one they served was very watery, with no coffee flavor. She was very upset about it. She brought it back to me after a long time at the cafe. Maybe she didn't like it because I didn't let her have breakfast at the bar so comfortably. A total lack of respect and education. It's a shame there isn't a supervisor to oversee all these issues. Because otherwise, it's a super nice hotel in every way. Building, facilities, pools, food, etc.
