Wonderful service, very clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast was specially amazing! Fresh croissants of all kind and perfect scrambled eggs. Perfect start to a long day out. The location is a little bit out of the main city so it's very quiet. Still lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, a lot of options. The rooms don't have an iron, we had to use the one iron they had in their basement laundry and can only be accessed after 7am. Would advise to bring your own travel iron if needed. Overall, very happy with our stay! ♥️

Well, the spa was a lie. It’s actually not a part of the hotel and they just give 10% discount. So far, user experience is a bit confusing. The self check-in isn’t possible to finish without a human. They don’t have breakfast, parking either and currently they don’t have hot water

Very disappointed but the value for money and the reception service at this hotel. For over 170€ a night, I got a very small room which was also dirty (as in the picture), and not insulated (you can hear people flushing and talking). When I politely asked reception, they told me they were full but would try to accommodate my request the following day. The day after, a new receptionist interrupted me, raised the voice and told me that “these are our rooms. You can pay a surcharge and we’ll place you in a better room tomorrow”. He demonstrated lack of care and customer service. Location is convenient, but comes at a high price and with no care. One great exception was the GREAT breakfast staff, they were amazing!
