I visited last month and had a wonderful stay. From our first day of checking in and to our last day the staff were warm, friendly, helpful and genuinely the most nicest team. Everyone I spoke to in particular, Pauline, Estelle, and Teddy and a couple other staff at reception were the most hospitable and friendly bunch of people. They made my stay here extremely memorable. We were upgraded when we arrived which was also a nice surprise. Breakfast was good and offered and nice variety. The staff at breakfast were also very friendly. Overall, a wonderful hotel and very close to the train station. Would highly recommend for the perfect stay in Geneva!
A real gem of a hotel in a great location of Geneva. Exceptionally good service and value - lovely upgrade of room at check in. Staff were focused on providing the best service and assisted me in making the most of my 24 hour stopover in Geneva. Very close to the main train station, and in a cosmopolitan area of Geneva with good restaurants nearby (loads of choice on cuisine). A nice walk to the Old Town and all the sights along Lake Geneva. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Next time, will stay longer.
Fantastic little hotel walking distance to everything in Downtown Geneva. Would strongly recommend to anyone visiting the city. We were there one of the hottest days of the year but it was still quite comfortable in the rooms.
