Hotel D Meadows Ladakh

Didn't stay here, just had a really delicious lunch while admiring the nearby views under the Ladakhi Sun rays from near the window, seemed like a good hotel to come back to some day.

Considering Dras's remote location, this hotel is quite nice! However, there's definitely room for improvement. Being on the main road means noise can be a issue even at night - some noise cancellation or blackout curtains would make a big difference for a comfortable sleep. On the plus side, the food was delicious! Plus, the view of Tiger Hill from the room is stunning! It's a good stopover for people traveling to Ladakh. With a bit of work on the basics, this hotel could easily take its service to the next level.

Terrible Experience: Avoid This Place! I'm extremely disappointed with the hospitality experience I had at “D Meadows” The bathroom was in a deplorable state: ## Issues: 1. *No hot water*: Basic amenity missing. 2. *Non-functional flush*: Unacceptable. 3. *Stinking rooms*: Unhygienic and unpleasant. 4. *Overall neglect*: Bathroom maintenance seemed nonexistent. After expressing the concerns to the person on the front desk he was just least bothered . Rating: 1/5 Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed other aspects . Unless improvements are made, I'd advise others to avoid this establishment.
