Everything was more than adequate for a hotel at this price point. But when we are attended to with exceptional care, I like to recognize good service. The breakfast server was Marcella and she made sure we knew all the wonderful local elements on the breakfast buffet, from the exceptional yogurt to the bread originating from the 1600s to the various cheeses and tomato relish. She was lovely and very helpful despite our language barrier. Kudos to Tomas who was asked to translate….not always opportune.
Wonderful Stay at Hotel D Strasbourg! We had a fantastic one-night stay at Hotel D in Strasbourg. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Thomas at the front desk for his excellent restaurant recommendation and helpful tips on exploring the city! Our executive room on the top floor was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was beautifully presented with a great variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great hotel would surely stay again. The rooms are a small but everything is set out properly so it doesn’t matter. Fabulous shower and loved the heated towel rail. Very friendly welcome from helpful staff. Small sauna was brilliant. Loved it 😊 The only main failing was that we could not get another pillow and only had one each. Ask when you arrive is my tip! Really clean everywhere. Very good value for money and would recommend.
