I had an amazing experience at this hotel! A huge thank you to the outstanding team—Kseniia, Giada, and Rosa, for making my stay so special. Their service was exceptional from start to finish—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The breakfast was phenomenal—delicious, fresh, and with a great variety. I truly appreciated every moment. Highly recommend!

I just had nearly a 20 hour flight with my cat and was looking for a hotel thats pet friendly and this hotel came up. Im so glad this worked because i was nervous since my cat hasnt used the rest room the whole time. To make things worse the time I went there was around 12:30 and my check in was 2pm. They did not have early check in at the time. However because of my situation they did everything they could to check me in earlier than 2pm. Caring employees every single one of them including the people cleaning rooms. I really appreciate it and you made my day. Thanks Christian and D120 team. Oh btw I had a sauna in my hotel room.

Great Stay with Excellent Service I enjoyed my stay here, the reception area was spacious, and my twin room was comfortably sized, though the AC was abit weak and it got quite warm at night. The real standout was the staff. Mary at the reception was outstanding! She attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful, making my entire stay smooth and enjoyable. and also the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. Special thanks to Chef Giada, Rosa, and Nivin for their friendly service and hospitality, they truly made the dining experience memorable.
