We had a wonderful stay at Hotel da Baixa. The rooms and bathrooms were modern and spotless, making for a very comfortable experience. The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly, always willing to help. Breakfast was tasty, though the latte and cappuccino could be better. The location is truly perfect, right in the heart of the city. There’s no on-site parking, but valet service is available and they took great care of our luggage. Parking is only about 100 meters away, so it was very convenient. Overall, excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
It is rare to feel so welcomed and cared for in any hotel I have visited. There are too numerous "little touches" to mention that made me feel valued and respected as a guest. Location perfect. Rooms excellent. Staff wonderful. A great culture of easygoing class is perpetuated by the staff with Pedro at the forefront.
A 4 star hotel with 5 star service! Loved the rooms, cleanliness, service and support. We were offered free water, coffee/cookies, fruit, infused water on a daoly basis...no 5 star would offer that! Makes d guest feel conformable and welcome... Thanks for a great experience!
