I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for just one night, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and made me feel right at home. The hotel offered a fantastic spa experience – it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The facilities were top-notch, and the ambiance was incredibly relaxing. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was nothing short of amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great selection of dishes that were beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The attention to detail in every meal truly showcased the culinary skills of the team. I’d like to extend my gratitude to the General Manager for making my stay so memorable. Their attention to detail and hospitality made all the difference, and it was clear that they take great pride in ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. Also, a special thank you to the owner for creating such a fantastic establishment and fostering an environment where guests are treated with such care and respect. All in all, this hotel provides an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and luxurious stay.

My experience at Hotel De Flamingo in Butwal was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality stood out. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The overall atmosphere of the hotel exudes comfort and class, making it a perfect place to relax. Last year on October, I booked this hotel for my parents and family. Its okay but not as good as per websites and internet suggested. My daughter wanted to swim, but the swimming pool wasn't clean, and the kids' play area was dirty and smelling very bad. Even the deluxe room they said to not much enough space, and neat wasn't clean, and the air condition wasn't working at night. On parts positive side, the staff are very kind, helpful, and energetic; there's a big parking space; the food, Food, and ambience are pretty good. In the end, they offered us, during the occasion of Dashain, a complimentary stay day if 3rd day for complimentary but unfortunately for some reason, we had to check out and check in again for the complimentary day and we didn't go back as well. They never asked or followed up as they did with us while booking the hotel.
